Standard configuration includes 4 different types of nozzles.

Background difficulties
The exterior of the headquarters building of Xu Mouji (a large food company) covers an area of approximately 20,000 square meters and is about 20 meters high. The building's exterior is mainly composed of grid-patterned ceramic tile walls and tempered glass windows. The overall wall surface has dense gaps between the joints, and the facade has a large number of protruding facets, resulting in a complex structure with many hard-to-reach cleaning areas. The recessed areas in the middle of the facets are hidden and difficult for manual high-altitude work to reach, and cleaning tools are also unable to penetrate them. The large Xu Mouji brand logo is located in the center of the building. Due to long-term exposure to the elements, weathering, rain erosion, weather changes, and the accumulation of deposits, the wall surface has developed large areas of vertically flowing sewage stains and rust pollution. The stains have penetrated into the tile grout and are difficult to remove completely with conventional cleaning methods.
This assignment has multiple stringent constraints.
The area below is densely covered with greenery, and traditional strong acid and alkali cleaners can easily damage the plants. In addition, food factories have high environmental protection requirements, necessitating the use of neutral environmentally friendly agents and strict control over wastewater discharge. The buildings on both sides are close together, which can easily interfere with the GPS signals of drones. The complex structure of the buildings also places extremely high demands on the hovering and positioning accuracy of drones. At the same time, there is frequent traffic of people and vehicles in the factory area below, so it is necessary to balance work safety with not interfering with the normal production of the park. Furthermore, the cleaning process must completely protect the building's facade and brand logo, while also ensuring long-term stain prevention and maintenance.

Addressing the challenges posed by the large size, complex structure, numerous blind spots, stubborn stains, limited availability of environmentally friendly cleaning agents, GPS signal obstruction, and factory security requirements of the Xu Mouji building, Jiusi Intelligent selected the D15R integrated intelligent cleaning solution. This solution integrates a multi-functional cleaning drone, a self-developed high-pressure water pump, a complete remote control system, wall-following radar and RTK base station, various types of swing cleaning devices, and proprietary environmentally friendly cleaning agents, fully adaptable to the specific needs of this project.
Battery life
Large cleaning area and tight construction time → Jiusi Intelligent D15R uses battery power, with a single battery of 41,000 mAh, which can provide the drone with a comprehensive operation time of more than 45 minutes. For this wall, the cleaning area per hour is about 800 square meters.

The grid-tiled walls and tempered glass windows have many gaps and dead corners; the recessed area in the middle of the facets is hidden... The Jiusi Intelligent self-developed water pump supplies high water pressure to the flight platform, and with the 0-degree nozzle, it outputs a strong and stable 10Mpa water pressure to accurately wash away stubborn stains in the gaps and corners.
Wall-following radar
The facade has a large number of protruding facets, making the structure complex. The Jiusi Intelligent Fixed-Range Wall-Following Radar can accurately identify the distance between the aircraft and the wall. When the distance from the wall is set to 3m, the aircraft will retreat to maintain a safe distance when it encounters a protruding facet.
Facade navigation function + single spray single swing spray boom
A large brand logo is located in the center of the building, covered with stains and rain marks. Using the Jiusi Intelligent Facade Flight Planner function, the drone operator sets the flight path on the ground remote controller, a path similar to the shape of a bow, sets the cleaning speed to 60cm/s and the spacing to 40cm, and completes the spot cleaning. At the same time, the remote controller is set to 200 for the swing spray bar and 30 degrees for the angle. The drone starts working. The wall with the logo in the center of the building is foamed in 20 minutes and the cleaning is completed in 40 minutes.
Dual RTK + RTK base station
In densely populated areas where signals are blocked, Jiusi Intelligent's dual RTK + RTK base stations help aircraft achieve precise positioning during the cleaning process, providing real-time centimeter-level positioning data and significantly improving operational accuracy.
Cleaning agents
In response to the extensive vertical run-down sewage stains, rust stains, and dirt trapped in the tile grout of the Xu Mouji building, Jiusi Intelligent used its self-developed JS001 super-efficient cleaning agent as a solution. During the operation, the D15R cleaning drone, with its single-spray, single-oscillating spray boom and foam nozzle, evenly and efficiently sprayed the JS001 cleaning agent onto the entire exterior facade of the building. The cleaning agent quickly penetrated deep into the tile grout and the underlying run-down stains, powerfully dissolving sewage stains and rust. After the cleaning agent had fully foamed and reacted with the stains for 3-5 minutes, the D15R cleaning drone, with its single-spray, single-oscillating spray boom and 0-degree nozzle, used a stable 10MPa high-pressure water flow to thoroughly clean the entire exterior facade twice, leaving no blind spots, completely removing any remaining cleaning agent and stains from the walls.
Implementation effect
After rinsing, the building's exterior facade was completely free of dirt. The grid tiles regained their original clean color, the tempered glass became clear and transparent, free of watermarks and stains, and the brand logo in the center of the building was clear, eye-catching, and in perfect color. The overall appearance was neat, orderly, and improved in texture. At the same time, the cleaning agent's static-reducing effect effectively delayed the adhesion of subsequent dust and stains, achieving a dual improvement in cleaning effect and long-term maintenance.
