All warranties are based on the original date of purchase. In the event of such defects during this period, JIUSI's sole obligation is to repair or replace the defective part or product at JIUSI's sole discretion. Depending on the nature of the repair, in order to provide the fastest service to our customers, JIUSI may replace the components under warranty instead of repairing them. The replacement will have the same functionality and be similar in appearance, but may have a slightly different appearance. Except for such repair or replacement, no warranty, condition, or other liability is associated with the sale, processing, or other handling of this product. Damage (including collision damage) caused by use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty or any warranty. JIUSI shall not be liable for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or arising out of the use of this product. In no event shall JIUSI be liable for incidental or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of the use of this product or any part thereof. Please read the instructions carefully when using the product. Returns or exchanges of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees. Important: Collision damage is not covered by the warranty.

Warranty service must meet these conditions
The product must not be tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized individuals.
The product must be used normally in accordance with the instructions in the user manual.
Serial numbers, labels, and tamper-evident stickers must be intact and show no signs of tampering.
A valid proof of purchase must be submitted. Receipts or sales invoices.
Conditions and circumstances not covered by the search warrant
• Collisions caused by non-manufacturing defects.
• Any damage caused by normal use other than as described in the user manual.
• Damage caused while flying with GPS disabled.
• Damage caused by modification or alteration of the product.
• Damage caused by unauthorized batteries or chargers.
• Damage caused by pilot error.
• Damage caused by improper settings.
• Damage caused by operating the equipment in an unsafe environment.
• Damage caused by bad weather.
• Damage caused by the use of unauthorized replacement parts.
• Damage caused by the use of a defective or low-charge battery pack.
• Damage caused by operating the product in an environment with electromagnetic interference (i.e., mining areas, near radio towers, high-voltage power lines, substations, etc.).
• Damage caused by operating the product in an environment that contains interference from other wireless devices (i.e., transmitters, video links, Wi-Fi signals, etc.).
To request warranty repairs to the Flight, the user must submit the telemetry data of the flight to JIUSI Customer Support. A certified technician will review the telemetry data and determine whether the loss of flight control is due to equipment or software failure. JIUSI shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the user's error. The manufacturer's warranty covers all labor, parts, and shipping. If the product is not covered by the warranty, JIUSI will inform the customer of the "no exceeding" costs for repairs (parts), labor, and shipping. The cost of repairs must be paid before the repair work can begin.
